Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead and support a busy pharmacy team in our Ohio store. You will supervise during shifts, ensure safe dispensing, and deliver patient-centered care with a focus on immunizations and clinical services.

The role requires active pharmacy licensure in the state, a valid NPI, and compliance with DEA exclusions. You will collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to optimize operations and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensing, counseling and immunizing to improve patient health.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and supervise the pharmacy team during shifts.
• Ensure safe prescription fulfillment and adherence to workflow procedures.
• Provide compassionate care, resolve insurance and medication issues, and coordinate with the care team.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with state Board of Pharmacy requirements.
