Responsibilities include immunization delivery, patient counseling, prescription accuracy, inventory management, and collaboration with the broader health care team to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located (Ohio).
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilités

• Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients to ensure safe and effective use.
• Oversee pharmacy team duties during shifts and coach staff to improve performance.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager in day-to-day operations and compliance with regulations.
• Provide immunizations and participate in expanding clinical services where permitted.
