Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in Indiana to lead patient care at the store level. You will dispense medications, counsel patients, administer immunizations, and support the Pharmacy Manager in daily operations.

You will ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy rules, manage inventory, and oversee the pharmacy team during shifts while maintaining high standards of safety and service for our customers.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in the state where the store is located.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) possessed.
• Not listed on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Dispense meds safely with counseling and immunizations.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and supervise team on shifts.
• Ensure compliant with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Deliver patient-centered care and resolve insurance issues.
• Support inventory management, protect cold chain where needed.
• Provide clinical care such as testing and prescribing where permitted.
