Qualifications

Active Pharmacist License in Indiana (state where the store is located).
Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) required.
Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.

Responsibilities

Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
Assist Pharmacy Manager and lead pharmacy staff during shifts.
Oversee safe dispensing, patient counseling, and immunization services as applicable.
Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
Maintain inventory accuracy and protect cold chain products.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating pharmacy operations as needed.
