Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Manage dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Oversee the pharmacy as proxy during bench shifts; coach and follow-up with staff.
• Assume Pharmacy Manager duties when sole pharmacist on duty.
• Support safe prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences with empathy and coordinated care.
• Proactively offer and deliver immunizations and support technicians to immunize.
• Manage inventory with focus on cold chain protection.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations; escalate issues as needed.
• Assist in writing the pharmacy schedule and stay current with required trainings and CMEs.
