Job summary

CVS Health in Greenwood, SC is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead the pharmacy team, ensure safe dispensing, and deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will supervise the pharmacy operations in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager, support immunizations, manage inventory and safety procedures, and contribute to a positive patient experience through compassionate care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications safely and accurately and counsel patients
• Oversee pharmacy operations as proxy for Pharmacy Manager during shifts
• Immunize patients and support immunization programs
• Maintain inventory and ensure cold chain integrity
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and CVS Health policies
• Schedule pharmacy staff as needed and participate in team coaching
