Job summary

CVS Health in Hardeeville, South Carolina is seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to lead dispensing accuracy, patient counseling, immunizations, and clinical care within our busy CVS Pharmacy.

The Staff Pharmacist will support the Pharmacy Manager, oversee the pharmacy team during shifts, ensure compliance with state regulations, manage workflow, and strive to deliver compassionate, patient-centered service to every customer.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Oversee pharmacy team during bench shifts and coaching.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment following workflow procedures.
• Deliver immunizations and provide patient counseling.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Assist with inventory management and patient care coordination.
