Job summary

1930 CVS Rx Services, Inc. is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a full-time, store-based role in the South Carolina area. You will oversee pharmacy operations, dispense medications, counsel patients, and immunize where permissible, while supporting a Pharmacy Manager and coaching the pharmacy team.

You will ensure compliance with state regulations, maintain patient safety, and contribute to a positive patient experience through compassionate care and teamwork with the health care team.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Living our purpose by helping to manage and improve patient health through safe and appropriate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices
• Taking direction from the Pharmacy Manager and overseeing the pharmacy as their proxy during bench shifts without overlap
• Assumes Pharmacy Manager’s day‑to‑day duties when serving as the only or the primary pharmacist‑on‑duty
• Supporting safe and accurate prescription fulfillment by following pharmacy workflow procedures and safety guardrails
• Contributing to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care
• Proactively offering and delivering immunizations to keep patients healthy
