CVS Health is hiring a Staff Pharmacist to join our retail pharmacy team. You will help manage patient care, counsel customers, and support immunization programs while upholding safety and quality standards.

As the lead pharmacist on shift, you will ensure accurate dispensing, adherence to regulations, and collaborative care with the health team to improve outcomes for patients and communities.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Demonstrates patient safety and accuracy in prescription handling.
• Provides counseling and immunizations as per protocol.
• Supervises pharmacy team and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Handles insurance and medication issues with empathy and professionalism.
