Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilités

• Living CVS Health purpose by improving patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Overseeing the pharmacy as proxy during bench shifts and coaching the team.
• Assuming Pharmacy Manager day-time duties when needed and ensuring regulatory compliance.
