Qualifications

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions

• Sterile Compounding & Cleanroom Operations: Active participation in cleanroom processes, assisting with compounding operations, batching, and supporting Verification Pharmacists to meet daily volume demands.
• Flow Production Support: Assist in overseeing daily batch workflows, ensuring high-throughput operations maintain strict compliance with USP <797>, USP <800>, and FDA 503B regulatory standards.
• Verification & Compliance: Verify raw materials, calculations, in-process compounding, and final drug products for accuracy, sterility, and quality.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with pharmacy technicians and compounding staff to maintain seamless workflow and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Future Leadership: Adapt as the role evolves to take on increased responsibility in production oversight, quality management, and process optimization.
