As a Staff Pharmacist, you play a critical role at the forefront of delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for our patients. You will support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and be accountable for managing all aspects within your pharmacy, including:

A key component of the Staff Pharmacist role is keeping your customers and patients healthy through the adoption and management of patient care programs. Additionally, you will:

• Motivate, inspire, and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that maximize colleagues’ strengths, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gaps

• Successfully implement those solutions by leading your team to achieve specified goals
• Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting

Required Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
• No pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40

Time Type: Full time

Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is $60.00 - $74.00 per hour. The actual offer depends on experience, education, location, and other factors. This role is eligible for bonuses, commissions, or incentives in addition to base pay.
