Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in pharmacy.
  • Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of retail experience.
  • Proficiency in a second language.
Responsibilities

  • Monitor stock, inventory, policies, record-keeping, security, sanitation, scheduling, equipment operation, pricing, and budgets.
  • Maintain proper records and security for scheduled drugs.
  • Follow procedures for handling pharmacy products from authorized sources.
  • Utilize accuracy tools appropriately.
  • Ensure legal and company compliance through proper record-keeping.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Handle product returns efficiently.
  • Maintain all equipment in working order.
  • Organize policy manuals, reference books, and signage.
  • Continuously improve pharmacy skills and knowledge.
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
