Provides comprehensive patient care by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders; administering immunizations; and supporting other programs developed by Walmart, in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes/regulations.

Quality Patient Care-Facility: Creates a culture of patient care, safety, and accuracy. Communicates clear expectations regarding quality of care and patient safety. Ensures others are held accountable for following SOPs and achieving quality and safety goals. Ensures counseling occurs on new therapies and as requested, including appropriate documentation. Analyzes and improves team knowledge and patient safety practices, promotes error reporting, and writes timely action plans.

Compliance Focused Execution-Facility: Creates an environment centered on healthcare compliance. Guides and monitors compliance initiatives, including billing procedures, HIPAA adherence, and SOPs. Uses audits to identify issues and implement improvements.

The annual salary range is $98,000 - $172,000 for a 40-hour week, with prorated ranges for different schedules. Additional compensation includes bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.
