You’ll make an impact by

  • Understanding the business, from inventory control to cost savings for patients to compliance.
  • Modeling and guiding pharmacy staff on proper customer service approaches, including techniques to ensure concerns are successfully resolved.
  • Using tools, data, and personal conversations to understand your community and stay updated on emergent and urgent health issues.
