Strata Critical Recovery is seeking a Staff Perfusionist to join the cardiac surgery program at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City, NJ. The role welcomes new grads and offers a strong clinical environment with a competitive compensation package and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) credential or board eligibility required.
• Licensed in New Jersey or eligible to obtain NJ licensure.
• Experience with CABG, valve procedures, and ECMO preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient safety and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Operate heart-lung machines during cardiac surgeries.
