Memorial Health is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist to provide and coordinate comprehensive care for patients of all ages, under established standards and guidelines. A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and Illinois licensure (or eligibility) are required, with BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

On-site, full-time schedule with a $30,000 sign-on bonus. Pay transparency shows $31.51–$48.83 per hour, plus annual incentive opportunities.
