Job summary

Memorial Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for an on-site, full-time position in Illinois. You will deliver and coordinate comprehensive patient care, develop treatment plans, and contribute to departmental clinical growth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, IL licensure (or pending), CPR certification, and 2 years of PT experience. A sign-on bonus up to $30,000 is available and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive care to patients of all ages through the proper utilization of evaluation, planning and implementation of a treatment plan in accordance with established standards, policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines.
• Responsible for staff development and advancing the level of clinical expertise within the department.

Education and Licensure Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Must be Licensed or license pending in the State of Illinois and without previous disciplinary action in Illinois or any other state.
• Current CPR card.

• Ability to show respect for patient rights by considering their cultural, psychosocial, and spiritual values.
• Knowledge of proper procedure for all physical therapy evaluation procedures, modalities, including age-specific, precautions and contra-indications.

Pay Transparency

$37.43 - $58.02
