San Antonio Regional Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee critical care units, ensuring high-quality patient care through effective nursing processes and supervision of licensed and unlicensed personnel. Experience: One year previous Telemetry experience required. Previous clinical experience in ICU/CCU preferred. Critical Care course/update either prior to hire/transfer or within 6 months of hire/transfer.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment; manage/prioritize/delegate patient care, and complete work assignments and other duties as assigned. Able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.
Current nursing license, state of California, American Heart Association (AHA) BLS & ACLS, Basic EKG course or passing of 80% or greater on exam to be completed within orientation period and completion of a 12 Lead EKG class either prior to hire/transfer or within 12 months of hire.
