Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience or new graduate within the past five years (or two years for new grads).

Responsibilities

• Performs all aspects of patient care with evidence-based practice to optimize safety.
• Administers medications accurately according to age and condition.
• Assess, analyze, and plan care, including teaching and discharge planning.
• Educates patients and families and involves them in the plan of care.
