Job summary

Community First Solutions is seeking a Staff Nurse LPN/RN to join our nursing team at Sycamore Glen in Ohio. You will administer medications, provide direct bedside care, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health and well-being.

You’ll mentor caregivers and help foster a safe, compassionate, person-centered environment. Enjoy a 36-hour full-time schedule with every other weekend and holiday rotation, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time.

Overview

At Community First Solutions, our nursing team takes a resident-first approach—ensuring wellness plans are guided by each individual’s needs and goals. As a Staff Nurse LPN/RN, you’ll work side‑by‑side with our caregivers, providing direct bedside care, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health and well‑being. You’ll also guide and mentor caregivers, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person‑centered environment. Your leadership at the bedside helps set the tone for quality, compassion, and teamwork—making Community First Solutions a place where both residents and staff thrive.

Schedules: AM or PM (6:00 - 6:00)

Pay: Starting at $29.00/hour, based on date of state licensure

Location: Sycamore Glen

Status:

• Full-Time: 36 hours a week with every other weekend and holiday rotation
• PRN: Minimum 3 full 12 hour shifts per month, with one of those days being a Saturday OR a Sunday
