Job summary

Community First Solutions in Montage Mason, KY is seeking a Staff Nurse LPN/RN to provide direct bedside care, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health and well‑being. Overview

At Community First Solutions, our nursing team takes a resident-first approach—ensuring wellness plans are guided by each individual’s needs and goals. As a Staff Nurse LPN/RN, you’ll work side‑by‑side with our caregivers, providing direct bedside care, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health and well‑being. You’ll also guide and mentor caregivers, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person‑centered environment. Your leadership at the bedside helps set the tone for quality, compassion, and teamwork—making Community First Solutions a place where both residents and staff thrive.
