Job summary

Community First Solutions is seeking a Staff Nurse LPN to provide direct bedside care to residents at Orchard Hill. You’ll administer medications and treatments, collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and guide caregivers to maintain a safe, person-centered environment.

You’ll lead at the bedside, staying calm in high‑stress situations, mentoring teammates, and contributing to a compassionate culture that supports residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• LPN license in good standing.

Overview

As a Staff Nurse LPN, you’ll work side-by-side with our caregivers, providing direct bedside care, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health and well-being. You’ll also guide and mentor caregivers, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment. Schedules: Part Time PM

Pay: Starting at $31.00/hour, based on date of state licensure
