Job summary

Englewood Health in Englewood, NJ, is seeking a qualified RN with Interventional Radiology experience to lead patient care coordination in an acute or clinic setting. You will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans for a positive patient experience.

The role requires a BSN and a current NJ RN license with BLS; ACLS/PALS are optional during orientation. This is a full-time day-shift position with on-site duties and a competitive compensation

Qualifications

• Current Interventional Radiology experience required.
• Strong communication with patients and families.
• Ability to document in the Electronic Health Record.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

• Creating an environment that leads to a positive patient care experience by evaluating, planning and implementing effective plans of care and communicating with both patients and their families
• Serving as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care in an acute or clinic settings
• Making sound decisions in response to changes in condition/response to treatment while maintaining a calm demeanor

• Effectively coordinating with physicians and team members regarding changes in patient status, symptomatology, results of diagnostic tests and critical test values

Current Interventional Radilogy experience required.

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
