Job summary

Englewood Health in Englewood, NJ, is seeking a qualified RN with Interventional Radiology experience to lead patient care coordination in an acute or clinic setting. You will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans for a positive patient experience.

The role requires a BSN and a current NJ RN license with BLS; ACLS/PALS are optional during orientation. This is a full-time day-shift position with on-site duties and a competitive compensation

Qualifications

• Current Interventional Radiology experience required.
• Strong communication with patients and families.
• Ability to document in the Electronic Health Record.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan and implement care plans and communicate with patients and families.
• Coordinate care across disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care.
• Make sound decisions during changes in condition while remaining calm.
• Document patient care in the Electronic Health Record.
• Coordinate with physicians on status changes and test results.
