The post holder will have responsibility for the assessment and evaluation of care needs, ensuring the delivery of high quality patient care.
You will be a registered nurse with appropriate post registration experience. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential as is a flexible approach to working practice within a team environment.
To work in the United Kingdom, there is a legal requirement for an individual to demonstrate that they have the relevant permission to work in the country. This permission is, without exception, granted by the UK Visa and Immigrations Service.
