Collectors is seeking a Staff NPI Engineer to join the Mechanical Engineering team at PSA in Santa Ana, CA. You will own the global part qualification, drive tool sets from kickoff to production, and manage design transfers across regional offices.

We’re looking for a Staff NPI Engineer (New Product Introductions) to join our Mechanical Engineering team at PSA. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the center of PSA’s product development and manufacturing operations – responsible for qualifying parts, standing up new tooling, and ensuring flawless design transfer to domestic and international suppliers with a focus on plastics and injection molding experience. You’ll report to the Mechanical Engineering Manager and work from our Santa Ana, CA office. Onsite Requirement: This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.
The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $169,000. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
