Suki in California is seeking a machine learning engineer to advance NLP and production ML systems powering our AI voice and decisioning platform for healthcare. You will own end-to-end AI deployments, managing data pipelines, evaluating models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale to thousands of doctors.

You’ll apply LLMs, prompting, and RAG strategies, while optimizing systems and staying current with Generative AI innovations to reduce clinicians’ administrative burdens.

Formación

• 5+ years of software experience with at least 2+ years shipping AI or ML systems to production.
• End-to-end ownership of at least one AI system in enterprise production, from problem framing to deployment and monitoring.
• Strong working knowledge of LLMs, prompting, orchestration, RAG, and context/cost management.
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks for LLM-based systems, including automated and human-in-the-loop evals.
• Experience building and maintaining distributed backend services for ML/AI applications.
• Solid CS fundamentals: abstractions, algorithms, data structures, probability, and system design.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and contribute in a fast-moving team.
