Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, ecology, environmental science, natural resources, or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of environmental consulting experience with focus on California projects.
• Experience preparing biological resource analyses for CEQA/NEPA and permit support.

Responsibilities

• Lead/perform wetland and waters delineations, habitat assessments, and field surveys.
• Prepare biological resource analyses for CEQA and NEPA with avoidance and mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with agencies (USACE, RWQCB, CDFW, USFWS) for permitting strategies.
• Provide technical documentation and support to project teams.
