Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in biology, botany, ecology, wildlife biology, environmental science, natural resources, or related field.
• Experience with CEQA/NEPA and Endangered Species Acts and permit processes.
• Strong technical writing, editing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead biological resource assessments, field surveys, and preparation of technical reports.
• Develop permitting strategies and coordinate with regulatory agencies.
• Prepare and manage permit applications and supporting documents.
