• Significant product management experience with measurable business impact.
• Deep experience in subscription and monetization products, including acquisition, onboarding, pricing, retention.
• Strong data-driven approach using experimentation and customer insight.
• Ability to operate at strategic and executional levels and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution across monetization portfolio, focusing on subscriptions, ads, and hybrid revenue.
• Own long-term vision, roadmap, and success metrics for a core monetization domain.
• Identify opportunities to improve subscriber experience across lifecycle using data and experiments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to launch and iterate on products that drive conversion and reduce churn.
• Mentor PMs and communicate strategy and priorities to leadership.
