Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in mobile test infrastructure.
• Track record of defining and delivering test infrastructure strategy that other engineering teams depend on.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and Kotlin with the ability to architect test frameworks and enforce quality constraints.
• Experience operating QA processes during large-scale migrations or platform transitions.
• Demonstrated ability to build alignment with cross-team partners on quality standards and release criteria.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve efficiency, cost, and quality.

• Own the technical strategy for mobile QA infrastructure across the native rewrite and reduce maintenance overhead while increasing release quality.
• Build and scale automated test systems for recurring regression testing and determine what to automate versus keep manual.
• Lead the QA readiness workstream for phased rollouts, clarifying success metrics, resourcing, and operations.
• Guide when to invest more testing resources and when to pull back as quality gains diminish.
• Define SLOs and quality dashboards with engineering leadership to drive rollout speed decisions.
• Shape the QA onboarding playbook and mentor engineers on test architecture and quality standards.
