Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with mobile QA experience.
• Experience defining test infrastructure strategy used by multiple teams.
• Strong Swift and Kotlin proficiency for test framework design and debugging.
• Experience with large migrations or platform transitions in QA.
• Ability to align cross-team on quality standards and release criteria.
• Responsible use of AI to improve efficiency while maintaining human oversight.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical strategy for mobile QA infrastructure across native rewrite.
• Build and scale automated test systems for regression testing.
• Lead the QA readiness workstream for phased rollout.
• Guide resource investment decisions to optimize quality gains.
• Partner with engineering, product, and design to define SLOs and quality dashboards.
• Shape the QA onboarding playbook and mentor engineers on test architecture.
