Nubank is seeking a Staff Mobile Engineer to join the Mobile Platform team. You will help build and maintain the core infrastructure of the mobile app, optimize performance, and enable product teams to deliver high-quality experiences across native and Flutter platforms.

You will lead in architecture decisions, drive scalable solutions, and collaborate with global teams to support millions of users while maintaining reliability and speed.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in mobile engineering at scale.
• Strong Flutter and/or native Android/iOS experience.
• Solid mobile engineering principles, architectural patterns, and modularization.
• Experience with Server Driven UI, performance optimization, dependency injection.
• Knowledge of mobile observability, monitoring, and debugging tools.
• Strong English communication across diverse audiences.
• Track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
