The role emphasizes high-performance experiences, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with internal and external teams. Expect 2-days-a-week hybrid work in the primary location or fully remote, with strong focus on modular architectures, reusable components, and proactive

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering production mobile apps.
• Proficiency in Swift (iOS) and/or Kotlin (Android).
• Experience designing scalable mobile architectures.
• Experience mentoring engineers and working with contractor teams.
• Experience shipping features quickly while managing technical debt.

Responsabilités

• Lead hands-on development and architecture for core mobile products, prioritizing velocity, performance, and reliability.
• Design modular component systems, clean navigation, and state management architectures using native platforms.
• Establish shared mobile practices, CI/CD automation, and release workflows with QA and DevOps.
• Mentor and code-review internal engineers and contractor teams to maintain technical excellence.
• Leverage GenAI and developer automation tools to optimize workflows and speed up execution.
