You will drive architecture, deliver high-performance user experiences, and mentor engineers across internal and external teams. Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience delivering production mobile apps.
• Proficiency in Swift (iOS) and/or Kotlin (Android).
• Experience designing scalable mobile architectures and reusable components.
• Experience mentoring engineers and coordinating with contractor teams.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, LLM workflows).

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development and architecture for core mobile products.
• Define modular component systems, navigation, and state management.
• Establish mobile engineering standards, CI/CD, and release workflows.
• Mentor internal engineers and contractor teams; perform code reviews.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and speed up delivery.
