Inductive Bio seeks a Member of Technical Staff, Machine Learning to advance our predictive drug discovery platform. You will build ML models that predict molecular properties from structures and collaborate with chemists and software engineers to integrate models into our software platform.

The role offers ownership, impact, and opportunities to work with proprietary datasets and scale ML systems in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years as a ML Scientist/Engineer/Data Scientist or similar
• PhD preferred in a related scientific field
• Proficient in Python ML frameworks and productionizing models
• Experience with cloud deployment and scalable ML systems
• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Develop ML models to predict molecular properties from chemical structures
• Create novel algorithms for generating ideas for new molecules
• Build scalable infrastructure for model training, deployment, and monitoring
• Collaborate with chemists and software engineers to integrate models into the platform
