Genesis Molecular AI seeks a seasoned scientist to bridge cutting-edge AI with experimental drug discovery. You will build, evaluate, and deploy models in active programs, guiding discovery with quantified predictions.

This role requires cheminformatics expertise, Python proficiency, and the ability to collaborate across ML, chemistry, and biology teams. Senior, Staff, and Principal levels are considered.

Competenze

• PhD or equivalent in cheminformatics, computational chemistry, CS, or related field.
• Strong ML methods for small molecule data and drug discovery.
• Experience with RDKit or OpenEye.
• Experience with Graph Neural Networks, Bayesian optimization or active learning.

Mansioni

• Assess model performance and utility with project teams.
• Support experimental colleagues with interpretation of model predictions.
• Validate predictions against project data and benchmarks.
• Curate internal/external datasets for training and validation.
• Design and analyze experiments on model changes and alternative architectures.
