Job summary

FutureFit AI is seeking a Staff ML Platform Engineer (MLOps) to build and operate the platform powering our ML and LLM-powered products across the US and Canada. You will own compute provisioning, environments, and cost-aware routing, ensuring production reliability everywhere we run.

This greenfield role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, observability, and disciplined experimentation, collaborating closely with the ML team to improve pipelines and deployments.

Qualifications

• Staff-level, hands-on MLOps or ML platform experience.
• End-to-end CI/CD for models including experiment tracking and monitoring.
• Production experience with LLM-based systems: serving, routing, cost/latency tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Assess current pipelines and ML workflows; produce a prioritized plan.
• Own compute provisioning and environment management; keep images current.
• Build the LLM infrastructure and smart routing to the cheapest capable model.
