Job summary

Helm.ai is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the design of scalable ML infrastructure and services. You will drive large-scale data processing, model development, and end-to-end platform ownership while mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, shaping the technical direction and ensuring cost-efficient, reliable systems that enable Helm.ai to scale with customers globally.

Qualifications

  • Experience building and scaling cloud-based infrastructure for ML or data-heavy environments.
  • Deep knowledge of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Proven ability to design cost-effective, scalable, secure systems.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and design scalable ML infrastructure and services for large-scale training and customers.
  • Scale ML platform for global data processing and model development.
  • Collaborate with data science, product, and operations to integrate ML capabilities into services.
  • Mentor engineers and lead cross-functional teams toward high performance.
