TriumphPay is building the transportation payments network for the future. Our AI/ML team works on Python and Clojure for ML experimentation, data processing, and deployments, using PyTorch and SageMaker Studio to develop models that process over a million documents daily.

We are seeking experienced Staff ML engineers to join a fully remote US team of 35+ engineers, collaborating with product managers and other stakeholders to deliver impactful AI/ML solutions that support critical features.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years with production ML at scale.
• Proven success designing and operating distributed ML systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-team ML initiatives delivering sustained business value.
• Establish clear, repeatable ML engineering standards across teams.
• Reduce friction from experimentation to production.
