Qualifications

• Experience building production ML systems at scale is a must.
• Lead discussions on architectural designs and technical decisions.
• Train or fine-tune language models end-to-end.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data in RAG.
• Hands-on operating AI guardrails and permissions.

Responsibilities

• Own the ML strategy for Leasing and drive the machine learning roadmap.
• Lead development for AppFolio's autonomous leasing agent.
• Translate research into product capabilities.
• Establish ML quality and evaluation metrics.
