Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in CS/ML or related field is required.
• 10+ years building software with significant ML/AI impact.
• Combined academic and industry track record with production systems.
• Deep ML: traditional ML, deep learning, and generative AI/LLMs.
• Hands-on with LLM post-training (SFT, RLHF, DPO, RL) at scale.
• Full ML lifecycle: data extraction, training, eval, deployment, integration.
• Core stack: Python, PyTorch, NumPy, AWS, Docker, SQL, embeddings, RAG.
• Agent tooling: LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith; production ML at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define technical vision and architecture for Realm-X AI systems.
• Design and deploy multi-agent AI systems with planning and execution.
• Establish platform primitives for context-aware, automated AI.
• Architect scalable, multi-modal, real-time AI applications.
• Drive autonomous property management viaRL and data collection.
• Build data/feedback loops for RL over agent policies in complex env.
