Qualifications

  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in analog and/or mixed-signal IC design and development.
  • Strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuit design principles.
  • Experience with ADCs and DACs.
  • PLL and clock generation experience.
  • Biasing and power management circuits experience.
  • High-speed mixed-signal interfaces and transceiver architectures.
  • Experience working across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the definition and development of analog and mixed-signal architectures for advanced semiconductor products.
  • Develop system and subsystem requirements, performance targets, and interface specifications.
  • Partner with system, software, and firmware engineers to define control, configuration, and management functions.
  • Translate product requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership in the development and integration of mixed-signal building blocks such as ADCs, DACs, clocking circuits, PLLs, bias circuits, and power management circuits.
  • Collaborate with digital, RF, packaging, and systems engineering teams throughout the product development cycle.
  • Drive technical decision-making through data analysis, modeling, simulation, and design reviews.
  • Support the development of synchronization, calibration, and control solutions for complex mixed-signal systems.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in mixed-signal IC design, advanced packaging, heterogeneous integration, and chiplet-based architectures.
  • Contribute to future technology and product roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product performance, efficiency, scalability, and system integration.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineers across the organization.
  • Communicate technical concepts, trade-offs, and recommendations effectively to engineering teams and leadership.
  • Foster a collaborative environment focused on innovation, execution, and continuous improvement.
