Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Staff Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer to define and develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal solutions.

You will contribute to architecture, design, integration, and delivery of transceiver and chiplet-based technologies while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across systems, silicon, packaging, software, firmware, verification, and test. Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of analog/mixed-signal IC design experience.
• Strong understanding of analog/mixed-signal circuit design principles.
• Experience with ADCs/DACs, PLLs, biasing, and high-speed interfaces.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers or providing technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define analog/mixed-signal architectures and translate product requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership in the development and integration of mixed-signal building blocks.
• Collaborate with digital, RF, packaging, and systems teams throughout development.
• Drive data-driven decisions and support synchronization, calibration, and control solutions.
• Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative, innovative environment.
