Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Staff Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer to define and develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal solutions.

You will contribute to architecture, design, integration, and delivery of transceiver and chiplet-based technologies while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across systems, silicon, packaging, software, firmware, verification, and test. You will lead technical decisions, mentor engineers, and help push product performance, efficiency, and

Qualifications

  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of analog/mixed-signal IC design experience.
  • Strong understanding of analog/mixed-signal circuit design principles.
  • Experience with ADCs/DACs, PLLs, biasing, and high-speed interfaces.
  • Experience working across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring engineers or providing technical leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Define analog/mixed-signal architectures and translate product requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership in the development and integration of mixed-signal building blocks.
  • Collaborate with digital, RF, packaging, and systems teams throughout development.
  • Drive data-driven decisions and support synchronization, calibration, and control solutions.
  • Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative, innovative environment.
