Semtech's Force Haptics Sensing Solutions Team are a team of talented and versatile engineers that enable our customers and partners to realize innovative Human Machine Interactions with industry leading MEMS Force Sensors and Haptics Systems .
In this role, you will be working closely with our mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to develop force sensing and haptics actuator modules and help bring them to mass production . You will be working closely with different OEMs on next generation products such as Laptop, Mobile phones, Automotive steering wheels & smart surfaces, Fitness Trackers and Industrial display panels, etc. Your role may include mechanical design, small scale prototyping, DFM, testing and characterization and root-cause analysis . We also expect to extend the job scope to finite element analysis, electromagnetic simulation and optimization, provided long term training is given to the candidate.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $ 94K - $ 1 40 K . There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job‑related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee's total compensation package.
