Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Staff Product Engineer to lead product line engineering for quarter-turn ball valves. You will identify configurations to meet customer specs and coordinate with GTEC to finalize documentation.

You will address design, cost, reliability, and service features, while supporting sales, quoting, and manufacturing transitions. The role involves developing and validating drawings and BOMs, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing technical support across the order,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple projects with formal tools.
• Familiarity with international valve standards.
• Ability to read/interpret manufacturing drawings and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Ensure design and standards documentation is complete and accurate for global manufacturing and QA.
• Review and approve BOMs and customer drawings.
• Provide technical support for new inquiries, quotations, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with order management, quality, and GTEC to resolve issues and answer product questions.
• Support product development, manufacturability, cost, reliability, and performance improvements.
