Job summary

You will research technology and deliver solutions for multiple projects, leading mechanical design from concept through production and working with sensors, materials, actuation, and tools. You will collaborate with electrical and software engineers, perform analyses, and balance performance with manufacturability and reliability across torque, stiffness, mass, and thermal behavior.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of related experience or 2+ years with an advanced degree.
• Proven ability to lead designs through the full development cycle.
• Hands-on development, testing, and debugging experience.

Responsibilities

• Support rapid brainstorming and prototyping of new technology across disciplines.
• Partner with electrical and software engineers to solve system problems.
• Lead mechanical design efforts for subsystems from concept through production.
• Balance performance, manufacturability, and reliability across mechanical requirements.
• Use simulation and analysis tools to guide decisions and validate designs.
