Qualifications

• BS STEM required with 12+ years of related engineering experience OR MS STEM with 10+ years of related engineering experience.
• Experience on multi-disciplinary teams within IT&L or Manufacturing environment.
• Strong planning, resource allocation and schedule execution.
• Extensive technical experience with space vehicle mechanical systems, architecture, testing and manufacturing procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communications and technical presentation skills.
• Active Top-Secret/SCI clearance with in-scope SSBI and ability to obtain SAP access.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute tests to verify system requirements.
• Coordinate across technical disciplines to define operations and achieve efficiency.
• Develop integration and test procedures for technicians to execute.
• Document and remediate test anomalies and hardware non-conformances.
• Lead efforts to ensure producibility and timely delivery of flight hardware.
