Job summary
Northrop Grumman in Melbourne, FL seeks a Staff Systems Engineer Architect to provide senior technical leadership in model based systems engineering, requirements development, and architecture definition for a complex aerospace system. You will lead Cameo-based modeling efforts and collaborate with multiple IPTs to ensure traceability and design maturity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in STEM with 12+ years experience, or Master's with 10+ years, or PhD with 8+ years.
- Active US Government Top Secret clearance required.
- Extensive systems engineering experience with requirements development and architecture.
- Experience using Cameo/MagicDraw for SysML modeling.
- Experience leading technical teams and communicating with customers and senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements development, decomposition, and traceability within Cameo.
- Develop and maintain system architectures using SysML and MBSE methods.
- Integrate requirements, behaviors, and interfaces into a cohesive model.
- Establish and enforce modeling conventions and guidelines.
- Coordinate architecture and requirements updates with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Generate MBSE views and reports for technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR).
- Provide MBSE and Cameo guidance, mentoring, and training to engineers.
